Everything that we do as a business should make your organisation, whether private, public or 3rd sector, more successful. After every single interaction with your business we want to leave it better. If we can't see how we can do that then we will tell you: we don't do training for the sake of it.

 

Learning should be fun

 

That doesn't mean that we don't take it seriously but that we want people to enjoy learning. We spend lots of time working so we want to make it fun.

Gareth has over 15 years' experience in helping people around the world to develop their skills across a range of private sector industries and public sector organisations, both as a facilitator and a coach. He qualified ACA with Deloitte so he brings a business focus to learning and development: he knows that whatever you spend, you need to be able to see a return in your organisation.

 

He has worked as an internal learning and development manager as well as delivering and designing training as a consultant, so he understands the internal challenges of L&D and the importance of managing all stakeholders.
